Recruiting to E-Recruiting, Came Along Way Past There was a time, most probably a few decades ago, job seekers' only choice was to either “know somebody” who would refer them to a job opening or go through the classified pages for job vacancies in the newspapers. Time goes by Globalization, industrialization, and digitalization have brought the whole world closer and but an organizational requirement for human resources for their operations will remain the same.
